The warm winter and abundant precipitation this fall has made for as good of January and February as I can ever remember. The river fishing from our state of the art Sotar Raft has been phenomenal, as the boat keeps you out of the water (warm toes) and away from the crowds. Lake Erie hasn’t frozen yet and when the wind and temperature allow, guys are having success trolling stick baits near the surface in the Western Basin. With river conditions improving, I should be on the river within the next few days.
